Regulations of the Ester Hotel
1. Making a reservation, starting a stay and / or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for a stay in a hotel is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Ester Hotel Regulations. The regulations are available at the hotel reception and can be downloaded from www.hotel-ester.krakow.pl
2. Guests who make and / or start a stay Guests who have not paid the down payment or the entire amount due for stay and Guests extending the stay may be asked to provide credit card details in order to pre-authorize the amount due
and / or collect the funds due.
3. A hotel guest who rents a room is obliged to present the Reception employee with a photo document confirming the Guest's identity upon check-in. In the event of refusal to present a document in a way that allows check-in The receptionist is required to refuse to issue the room key.
4. The guest personally enters his name and signature in the registration card. At the Guest's request, the Receptionist is obliged to enter the remaining registration details independently from the identity document, which the Guest may leave at the reception for this purpose.
5. Room in the hotel is rented for days. The hotel day lasts from 14.00 on the day of rent until 11.00 the next day. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay while renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
6. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should report at the reception by 9:00 am on the day the room rental period expires, which, however, does not bind the hotel. The hotel will take into account the wish to extend your stay if possible. Staying in the room or leaving things after 11.00 is treated as an extension of stay. In the event that the Guest leaves the room after 11.00 - the Reception computer program will charge a fee for the next day of renting the room at full prices.
7. The Guest who rents the room cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the day for which he has paid has not expired. Unregistered persons may stay in the hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00. Staying of unregistered persons in the Guest's hotel room after 22.00 is tantamount to the consent of the Guest who rents the room to charge them to the room for a fee. Each person will be accommodated according to the current price of the extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the hotel reception. Children under 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay at the hotel. Children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of the children, including any damage or injury.
8. On the premises of the hotel, including hotel rooms, in accordance with the Act of 8 April 2010 on the amendment to the Act on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529) - there is a total ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products. Violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in a hotel room is tantamount to the consent of the guest of the room to agree to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 1,200.
9. The hotel is subject to curfew from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day. During quiet hours, guests and persons using the services of the hotel are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people in any way.
10. The guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and facilities arising from the fault of his or his guests.
11. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices in the hotel rooms and other rooms that are not the equipment of these rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use any kind of open flame in hotel rooms and other rooms.
12. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check the door closing and make sure that it is closed.
13. The hotel liability for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the hotel is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The hotel's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The hotel has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten the security or have too much value in relation to the size or standard of the hotel or take up too much space.
14. The hotel provides services in accordance with its standard. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the Reception, which will allow a response.
15. Items of personal use left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. If you do not receive such an instruction, the hotel will store these items for 3 months, and then give them to charity or public use.
16. In the event of a breach of the provisions of these regulations, the hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of hotel staff, settle payments for previous services and to pay for any damage and destruction that may occur, as well as leaving the hotel premises.
17. In the absence of an agreed price for the booked stay / rented room, the standard Ester Hotel service price list applies at the Reception and on the Hotel website.
18. In the absence of an agreed form of payment and unpaid payments before the end of the reservation or stay, the hotel reserves the right to collect the funds due from the Guest's card and / or to issue a VAT invoice with a payment period of 14 days.
19. The guest may cancel the reservation and / or stay, subject to the cancellation conditions agreed directly with the hotel or in accordance with those presented by the intermediary in the sale of hotel services: online booking services, travel agencies and travel agents.
20. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to the property of the hotel or guests or damage to the guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the hotel.
